About Hendricksen
Hendricksen found his knack for making videos in high school when a “just for fun” elective turned into an untapped love for cinema. At 16, he hit the ground running, doing everything from shooting family weddings and birthdays to creating football highlight reels for his friends. Hendricksen took his obsession to college and documented all of the shenanigans of his dorm. He edited the footage and created a docuseries inspired by the reality shows airing on MTV.
After graduating, Hendricksen headed to Miami and began working on films. Following a few big splashes in the film industry, he quickly found a home editing the Webby Award-Winning web series, Sonia’s Travels. His time on the show led to collaborating with Yahoo! and Travel Channel. Sonia’s Travels is still considered one of the top YouTube channels in the travel category.
Hendricksen produced, shot, and edited branded content for RAZE Energy before landing at Universal Orlando as a Content Creator. In his free time Hendricksen enjoys watching movies, spending time at the gym, and creating documentaries. His most recent documentary, State of Flow, received 8 official selections and was nominated for Best Feel Good Film at the Sydney Indie Film Festival.
